"I believe that it is very important to raise awareness about the health and wellbeing of workers during the restructuring. Every change that happens in the organisation is stressful and can affect health, work and performing tasks. Only good preparation, awareness and specific activities can reduce it. Also, I would like to say that in the presentation were presented very interesting good practice examples."

"I believe that employees are an important factor in business success.  Efficiency of workers is product of knowledge, motivation and satisfaction.
The company Vetropack Straža takes various measures to raise standards of healthy living. At  the same time we are not strictly focused only on our employees, but also at wider community. Therefore, we have a contract with medical clinic for systematic medical check ups of the employees on the yearly base, we organize seminars on hygiene and healthy eating, we organize lectures on hazards of smoking, and we also support the work of various local cultural and sports associations  which enables citizens to socialize and engage in activities which reduce the stress. We hope that these additional activities develop a competitive spirit, loyalty and sense of belonging."
