Training for·line/ middle managers

With the objective to
•·raise awareness and build competences of·line/ middle managers of stress factors, resistance to change, importance of supporting employees career and skills development, communication prior and during restructuring
•·build line managers competences for assuring “justice and trust environment” for employees during restructuring and
•·be actively and constructively involved in the process.

Training programmes for·line/middle managers from enterprises that are planning or being in the process of change/restructuring·were implemented in Slovenia, UK and Croatia in October 2011.
